Senior cadets supervise and teach the junior cadets as they come up through the cadet system. As cadets progress through the cadet system, they learn to take on additional responsibilities and become pillars of the Community. The motto of the Army Cadet program is Acer Acerpori, which means “As the Maple, so the Sapling”, so it is by becoming leaders in the cadet program today, that cadets will become community leaders tomorrow.
