With these challenging times and changes in protocols we will be starting cadets later this year in October. We will be alternating between in person and online cadet training. Please review Cadet Safety Protocols post on how training will progress this year. We will endevour to focus fun and engaging training for our returning and new cadets. Any in-person training cadets will be required to wear a non-medical mask (NMM) as per London Health Unit and national cadet guidelines. Cadets with COVID or any symptoms cannot attend as we want them to focus on their health.
For signing up to cadets, cadets must be between the ages of 12 – 18. For information on signing up including the sign-up form please go here: Cadet Program FAQ. The training year calendar will also have updates as we schedule additional training.
Please fill out form CF-1158 and email the completed form to email@example.com with the subject line clearly identifying New Cadet Registration. In order to process the registration please ensure all the fields are filled out. We will need a photocopy of the cadet’s birth certificate / passport / identification on the first night they attend cadets. We will also need parent / guardian and cadet signature on the first night the cadet attends. Note: the section that is looking for health insurance – that is your OHIP / Ontario Health Card number. We do not need to know private health insurance information.
Please do not bring the enrollment package to Wolseley Barracks. It is not currently open to civilians. Please email the form as indicated above.
As the situation changes with COVID-19, we will be adapting our training and in-person and online training based on the advice and guidelines from national cadets, provincial, and local area health units. We will be using extreme caution as we want to ensure the well-being and health of our cadets, staff, and community at all times.
